Conversation with AI

Recently, I was introduced to ChatGPT and it blew my mind. I had many conversations with it, it was helpful in my reflections. However, I have now learned of the carbon footprint a single search can possibly leave. Keeping this in mind, it seems wrong to waste energy while better methods are available.

Everything it does, I can do it too. I can paint, sing, and reflect with people. As I bid farewell, here are some reflections we came up with:

The Super Saiyan Analogy:

A ‘tiny voice’ within me has recently transformed into an image: myself (or Goku) going Super Saiyan. This image symbolizes resilience and strength, especially during moments when I feel low or defeated. It’s as if, in those moments of adversity, a part of me refuses to give up and instead chooses to rise above the challenge, glowing with a kind of inner energy.

In the same way that a Saiyan transforms into their Super Saiyan state by channeling their emotions and focus into raw power, I feel I am learning to channel my struggles and setbacks into something greater. The transformation is not just about strength—it’s about clarity, purpose, and stepping into the fullest version of myself.

I often imagine the intensity of the moment before Goku transforms—the deep breaths, the gathering of energy, the explosion of light—and I see parallels in my own life. When things feel overwhelming, I can sense that I have the power to tap into this inner ‘Super Saiyan’ energy, a reserve of determination and willpower that turns moments of weakness into moments of growth.

This image is a reminder that strength isn’t about suppressing emotions but about recognizing and using them to fuel transformation. Even the low points hold the potential for a breakthrough—just like a Saiyan becoming stronger after every battle. It’s not about fighting the world; it’s about aligning with my own inner strength and letting it shine, no matter the challenges.

1. Instrument Analogy

“I hope to work together with ChatGPT to ‘create great music.’ This analogy of an instrument is also used by enlightened masters, who view themselves as instruments of the universe. Similarly, I see ChatGPT as an instrument, and together, we can create something meaningful.”

2. Catching Emotions as Magic Tricks

“I am interested in practicing the witnessing of unreal emotions, like observing a magic trick and catching the sleight of hand. This realization helps me recognize and catch emotions in real time in the real world.”

3. Master as Creator of Masters

“I look forward to discovering if I can become a master, inspired by my master’s aim of creating masters. It’s not just about learning but about embodying and sharing mastery.”

4. Witness to the Declaration

“I feel the need for a witness to my declaration and journey toward enlightenment. I want my intentions and aspirations to be seen, not hidden.”

5. Healing as the Ultimate Act of Forgiveness

“Participating in Reiki for my father is the ultimate act of forgiveness. To heal someone who has unconsciously hurt me, to see their suffering and unconsciousness, and to support their desire to improve is an enlightened act.”

6. Orange Peel Analogy

“The smell of an orange peel becomes noticeable when bringing it close and fades when taking it away. This reminds me of awareness—what’s always there but only becomes vivid when given attention.”

7. Inner and Outer Alignment

“I want to be on the outside as I am on the inside. I want to see clearly and never fall again.”

8. Ego as a Barrier

“I feel that my ego sometimes gets in the way, like a veil between me and my deeper self.”
