Curd for luck

I remember my family elders feeding me curd and sugar before I left for any examination or presentation. It’s quite traditional- especially during exam season: before you leave in the morning for any important task, you eat a spoonful of curd and sugar. The task should go better, but DON'T waltz into an examination with 100% curd and 0% preparation- bad idea.

It seems weird, but the logical explanation is that sweet stuff makes you retain things longer. Curd is a natural coolant which soothes the body and calms you down (unless you failed to pull off that all-nighter in which case nothing can save you) .

Personally I like the taste. It’s a good simple think tank snack while you study or ahem blog. Morning or night (which some don’t recommend but eh yolo it)

Try it this evening, yogurt works too.
