Suicide and a close encounter

Suicide

Ah, it’s a funny thing to do, one second, you’re alive and the next, you’re dead. Nobody knows what exists after the end of your life, and yet they consider life as the great unknown. That’s not true, we know everything we need to know to stay alive, death is the great unknown.

I’ve been down the suicide and self harm hole quite often than other people imagine, and it’s been awful. I was depressed, anxious, paranoid about things that weren’t actually a big deal, and for all the people who feel the ways I felt, just remember you’re not alone. Most people often feels sad and down, but that’s the beauty of life, sadness is what makes happiness worth it.

If only I could go back in time and remind myself that life moves on, everything gets better, and pain never lasts forever, I would’ve saved myself a heck load of emotional instability. Fortunately, my friends and family helped me through it, I practically owe my life to a few people, because if they didn’t call, I would’ve done it, and in the very very short period that I was alive before my inevitable death, I would’ve regretted it, but it would’ve been too late.

So, if anyone out there feels the way I did, no matter who you are, life is worth living, and better days will certainly come, I’ve been through the same thing, and you can take my word for it.

In case you’re going through a hard time right now, here’s a few life hacks that could help you, that really helped me, they’re all free of cost.
